Delete your Emberfall account
You can delete your Emberfall account and the data linked to it at any time, in either of these ways.
Option 1: In the game (immediate)
- Open Emberfall and make sure you are signed in.
- On the home screen, tap your portrait in the corner.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete forever.
Your account is deleted straight away, and the game's data on that phone is cleared.
Option 2: By email (within 30 days)
If you no longer have the game installed, email bighitcoder@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Emberfall account, from the email address of the Google account you signed in with (so we can confirm the account is yours). We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and its Google sign-in link (account identifier, email address, name)
- Your player profile: name, portrait, friend code, total stars and highest level
- Your cloud save: progress, stars, coins, boosters, hearts, chests, Ember Pass and Ember Jar
- Your level scores and leaderboard entries
- Your friends, friend requests, challenges and challenge wins
- Your team membership and join requests (a team you lead passes to its longest-serving member, or closes if you were the last one), and your boss damage
- Your achievements and title, and your Ember Throne points, prizes and notices
- Your gameplay statistics and reward records
What is kept
- Purchase records (purchase token, order ID, product and date) are kept for accounting, tax and fraud prevention, no longer linked to your account.
- Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel VIP in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) to stop being charged.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google's policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
Deleting your account cannot be undone, and coins or items you bought cannot be restored.
